Police Gun Range

Genesee Township Police Department Gun Range is located on 17 acres of property owned by the Charter Township of Genesee.  Part of the Property is leased to Genesee Lions Club and is adjacent to Genesee County Parks and Recreation Property.  Pictures shows improvements made in late fall 2007.  Further, improvements are planed in spring of 2008. 

Officers have training once a month.  Monthly training consists of pistol, rifles, shot guns, off duty weapons, cleaning and maintenance of weapons or classroom instructions.
